Welcome to my Lash Space

Like MTV’s Cribs—but make it lashes! In this week’s blog I am taking you on a tour of my current lash set up via links so you can shop too. I love looking at  inspo of lash artist’s work space so I hope you enjoy, too!

The Cart
I love a good lash cart but I needed more so I upgraded to a larger drawer system that can hold all of my goods plus some. I use the 9 drawer Alex system found, here. If you are looking for a way to keep your supplies organized this is a winner because it’s like it was made for lash trays.

The Bed
I love how there are more options for lash artists nowadays: massage tables, recliners, electric systems, and more. I use a standard massage table and it works great for my clients and my space. I’ve found a similar option, here.

Bedding Extras
Although I use a standard massage table for my appointments I have found a few ways to spice it up and make it as comfortable and accommodating as possible. It’s all about the combination of a foam pad, a fitted sheet, and a bolster for under the knees. Personally I used a regular foam pad such as this one and cut it to size, added this sheet, and a bolster for the cherry on top.

Bedding Accessories
I like to have a clean blanket available for my clients incase they get cold, a heated blanket under the fitted sheet in the winter, and extra pillows readily available for clients that need a little extra comfy (especially pregnant clients!) Having extra bedding accessories can take your lash space to the next level. Next on my wish list is a pillow specifically for eyelash extensions like this one, here.

The Small Things
A few more items that complete my lash space include microfiber towels to provide a clean work space under the client’s head, spa headbands for clients who prefer their forehead covered, hand lotion for me and them, and of course a few live plants as décor!
