TERMS & CONDITIONS

All products and information found on this site are intended for beauty professionals. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to know your local laws and regulations for performing any professional services. Customer's should have/had/or will have professional training and feel completely competent in using the products sold on this site. Lash Essential is not responsible for any injury or damage if an untrained or unqualified artist is using our product(s). We have the right to ask for professional status proof. Products sold on this site are not intended for general public use. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are in fact a beauty professional, and have received proper training.

SHIPPING

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Lash Essential has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Please use your provided tracking info to track your package HERE.

We do not have any more information available on our end other than the information found through the provided link. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", or you are having troubles with your package please contact your local carrier for more information. 

Local Pick-Up

Local Pick-Up option is only available for Northern Utah residents. We are located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Pick up is available Monday-Saturday 10 am-6 pm at 1373 W. 3040 N. Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Please leave your cell phone number so we can text/notify you when your order is ready for pick up!

 

Delivery

All products will be shipped via USPS priority shipping the next business day! Depending on location, it may take 3-5 business days. We also offer an express option of 2-3 business days. (Estimated time, Lash Essential is not responsible if packages arrive later.) When your eyelash extension products are shipped from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We do not fulfill orders on weekends or major holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the order has been shipped. Please report any shipment issues to USPS immediately. We will not replace any lost or stolen packages. You can track your package with your tracking number on usps.com/tracking.

TRAINING COURSE POLICY

You will need a model if you are attending a full training course. Please bring any tools you use (ie. tweezers, magnification device, etc). We will provide everything else. Once you are enrolled in the classic or volume eyelash training course, you will receive an email confirmation. Before the course, you will receive an email with all the detailed information you will need.

Training Course Fee only applies for one person. Please do not bring a guest. Although lash friends are encouraged to join us as a student! **Ask about our referral program!!

  • Eyelash training dates are subject to change with out prior notice if the minimum amount of spaces are not booked for an individual location.

  • The $200 deposit reserves your spot in the class. Fees are non-refundable, but may be transferable if we travel to your location again with in a year.

  • The remaining balance will be due NO LATER than the morning of the training course. Sorry, no exceptions!

  • You will need to provide your own model, if you are unable to provide your own. Let us know a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the course and we will help find one.

  • Although we do not require you to be a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician, we do highly recommend you comply with your state laws. We know certain local legislation can vary from what we are aware of. Please contact your local licensing agency to ensure you are compliant.

  • You will receive certification at the end of the course unless we believe you will need further practice. If this occurs you will continue working with us via email and will be required to complete 3 more model sets and send CLEAR before and after photos. Once we feel you have completed your training and comprehend the technique we will mail your certificate to you

RETURN POLICY

Due to sanitary concerns, all sales are final, even if the products are unopened or unused. We can not offer returns or exchanges on any products after they leave our warehouse. So please choose your products carefully to avoid any errors. If you need any help with choosing the right products for you, please email us for assistance.

If there seems to be product damaged or you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us via email to resolve the issue!! All shipping and product exchanges due to damaged products are the responsibility of the customer.
