THE POST APPOINTMENT

IMG_9556.jpeg

We covered everything “pre-appointment” a few weeks ago so this week I am here to round it out by talking about the post appointment! Some may argue that these topics can blend into the same category of “in-between appointments” but these few things are most efficiently done directly after a client! Let’s get into it:

SCHEDULING AND PRE-BOOKING

If you and your clients can get into the habit of scheduling their next (or two) appointments directly after their service you can prevent a headache later on. This is the first thing I do after my client opens their eyes!

PICTURES

Don’t forget your “after” pictures! Fresh lashes after the appointment is the best time to get in those pictures.

CLIENT NOTES

I can’t tell you how many time I say to myself, “I’ll remember what I used on this client” and then when they come back I have no memory of their lash map. As soon as my client leaves I write down their lash map, any changes that I made, and also some personal reminders to bring up at their next appointment.

INVENTORY

I’m not talking about taking full inventory of your supplies in between every client , but anytime during an appointment if I notice a certain eyelash tray or any supplies getting low I set it aside and then after the appointment I take note of anything I need to reorder.
