MUST HAVE APPS FOR BUSINESS BABES
Nowadays there is an app for EVERYTHING. I am sharing tried and true apps that have made my business (and every day) life easier! From spreadsheets to organizing photos I have hit all the bases with these apps.
This might be my favorite app yet! Ditto lets you create “keyboard shortcuts” and saves them right on your keyboard. Similar to copy and paste-- I use this for my pricing, my new client message, and hashtags that I always use. For example, it takes me one click to have #lashessential and any other hashtags I use typed up. It saves me so much time and allows me to reply to clients quick!
This app is exactly what it sounds like, a to do list! Is it just me, or is physically checking something off a to-do list so satisfying? You can create lists, set reminders, and stop forgetting things! I use this app in my personal life and business. A great example is to “Buy new adhesive” and repeat every 4 weeks.
My camera roll is a messy collection of eyelash photos and pictures of my puppy sleeping, but Collect lets me organize them into separate albums. You can add dates and notes which is perfect for remembering your lash maps for each photo plus you can add tags for easy searching. This app is advertised as a journal collection, but I love using it to keep my business organized.
This might be an obvious one, but ever since I incorporated Google sheets into my business organizing things like inventory and income have become much more simple. I’m talking about hitting print when it comes to tax season! My favorite thing about this app is that it’s online and can be accessed from my phone or computer and automatically saves new information.
I have shared about this app before, but it applies here too! UNUM helps your plan your Instagram posts ahead of time. I like to set aside time to plan my posts and captions so that I’m staying consistent. If your feed has an “aesthetic” you can see how your pictures will look all together before committing to a post. Planning apps are a game changer!
This app is all about time saving. Maybe it’s just me, but my inbox is full all of the time and it’s mostly junk. As much as I enjoy my favorite shopping sending me coupons it’s easy to loose important emails. This app mass deletes email and I’m addicted to it.
